To take advantage of the services offered and attend workshops and speeches, interested journalists must register before March 10, 2009 using the appropriate form.
- Free of charge registration for the journalists
- Access to all workshops and conferences (lunch included)
- Simultaneous translation available for all the workshops and the conferences

Accommodation
Journalists must reserve and pay for their rooms. Please reserve early to take advantage of the preferential rates offered to Symposium participants at the five partner hotels.
Accommodation assistance may be offered to foreign media. Please contact the organizers for information.
