Microbrewery to open in the Arctic Circle

Something exciting is about to happen in the small Norwegian community of Spitsbergen Island, the world's most northern town with year-round residents: it will open its very own microbrewery by the end of 2015. The project developer has been working tirelessly to modernize the laws, so that the community's 2,000 residents can enjoy quality, local beer. He also believes that his craft beer will be popular with visitors from the cruise ships that regularly dock at the town.
