Northern Norway: the biggest sauna in the world

The wooden A-frame structure that takes its form from the local fiskehjelle, or fish racks, is a large space with a sauna and bar that can accommodate over 100 visitors. Its glass façade provides visitors with a spectacular view of the lake, beach and surrounding mountains. The building is part of the SALT art festival which, among other things, showcases unique architectural structures and takes place on the small island of Sandhornøya in northern Norway.
