Complex with a contemporary design offers adventure tours and expeditions in northern Norway

Located in the Steigen archipelago, Manshausen Island Resort offers visitors a wide variety of outdoor activities. The archipelago boasts the world's largest population of sea eagles, and the fishing is second-to-none. The resort's buildings were designed with the surrounding landscape, 18th-century farm and stone piers in mind. The guest cabins are strategically placed throughout the site so that each one offers a spectacular view. The cabin-fronts are glassed-in and jut out over the water. The cabins' solid-timber construction is designed to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
